The Grand Hall is available for accepted events and may be rented separately or in conjunction with other spaces. Measurements for The Grand Hall are 104' x 60' (6240 sq ft) with a 16' x 20' stage.
Parking is available on property with a large circular drive through to make for easy drop off/pick up.
Their are parking spaces for 200 cars plus other areas available to park for overflow.
Large passenger bus parking is also available with ample height clearance.
The Buckner Cafe Hall is 24' x 65' (approx 1600 sq ft) with grand stair case entrance and attached kitchen/bar/serving area.

TheBuckner Cafe Hall is resplendent with a massive timbered ceiling, slate flooring, carved stone fireplace and monumental windows that complete the picturesque architecture. A loggia/terrace complements the space and offers a pleasant outdoor setting for food and beverage.
It accommodates 120 diners. Private meeting/dining functions can be arranged in the adjacent spaces, outside on the Foothills Terrace or on the tree shaded Boardwalk with its view of the long leaf forest and mountain range beyond.
PARKING
The Foothills Theatre is available for rent for accepted functions, either individual use or combined with any of the other Buckner Events Plaza spaces. The Foothills Theatre is 250-seat theater with 26' x 18' stage and backstage area's on each side of stage.
THE GRAND HALL
The centerpiece of Buckner Events Plaza is The Grand Hall, 6240 square feet of clear span space with high ceiling structure and hardwood flooring. A marvelous venue for exhibitions, arts and musical performances, receptions, conferences and banquets, the ballroom will accommodate up to 300 for seated dining.
The Foothills Theatre is an intimate Art Deco era theatre with performance and visual projection capabilities. The theatre features comfortable seating for 250 with superior acoustics, lighting and sound.
Named for local the range of hills which flank the property, the theater is home to everything relating to the Arts.
Sip a glass of wine on the adjoining terrace during intermission and enjoy the view of the historic cavalry stables. This outdoor hospitality space links the upper loggia and boardwalk by elevator and renders the theatre handicapped accessible.
